Steampunk--Asian Persuasion

I wanted to design an outfit that was heavily influenced both by classic steampunk and traditional Asian clothing. This is what happened. Someday--SOMEDAY--it would be a sweet outfit to make or own.


For the record, I wanted that bird to be an Asian Fairy Bluebird, because those birds are beautiful--but I couldn't find ANY references of the AFB with its wings open! And instead of guessing, I made up some dumb brown bird. Sorry.
