The property is over hundreds of years old and was renovated a few years ago. The stable and riding arena are partly build into the mountains, a big system of caves connect the main building, stable and arena. It is believed that the great dragon Frænir slaughtered the dwarves that have build the caves and called it their home. Driven by it's urge for gold, the dragon hoarded it's precious treasure in the deepest cave. Frightened by the dragon, the nearby villagers lived in dread, until a young viking warrior called Sigurd triumphed over the dragon and freed the villagers.
Today, Frænir's Eyrie is specialized on the Drakehest breed, training those mighty warhorses in both traditional and modern disciplines.
