Oh gosh, this is a good question!  I was pretty young when I had my first recollection, about 5th grade or so, maybe around 1975.  Which was good actually, because a lot of the girls' & women's Winter fashions of that era were trimmed with fur (both real & artificial--makes no difference to me, I have a strong attraction to both.)  Anyway, I'd had fetishes before this, believe it or not (my earliest recollections were getting boners as young as five or six, long before puberty, at the thought or the experience of wearing gloves, particularly long leather gloves.  I'd see a beautiful woman in long leather gloves, and that'd hit the "on" switch for me.)  Anyway, I remember this one girl in my class (kind of a b---h actually, but we won't go into it) who wore this Winter jacket of a blue-tint imitation-fur bomber jacket with fake-leather trim, and I remember being fascinated by that jacket, starting at it endlessly (while trying not to be noticed) and envying the girl who wore it, wishing I could wear a jacket like it myself. (i.e., I'm a guy, but with, shall we say, certain "Venus envy issues" & we'll leave it at that.)  Anyway, from then on, I began to notice other girls & women who also wore coats with fur trim, and being equally fascinated by them.  And of course, once puberty kicked in & my body became 99% hormones, a whole smorgasbord of other fetishes also joined into the mix as well (boots, leather, etc.)  And I remember in the movie "Blade Runner" (the original, that is) Sean Young wore this enormous fake fur-and-leather coat that i also was fascinated by & practically drooled over every moment she appeared on-screen in it.  (I wasn't that crazy about the movie itself, but I still find that coat fascinating & fantasize about what it would feel like to wear such a coat.)  I couldn't tell if it had a big collar or a big hood that could be pulled up, but if it were the latter, I tried to imagine what that would look & feel like, particularly if it were real fur & leather, and not the artificial stuff.  Anyway, there's a whole lot more to tell, but that's the gist of what I guess started this particular fetish for me.

I was with my mom while shopping and she bought a black fur coat and later on in the night I snuck into the closet where it was and when I touched the coat I immediately fell in love with furs and kept messing around with it when my mom wasn't even looking.

It all started with the Austin powers movie (the first one with the fembots) when I saw them I instantly feel in love with them they were wearing fur nightys and they were fembots so it was a 2 in 1 one package and that's how I started loving fur... And fembots

When I was young, and mean by that an child. I went with my parents to an department store. In the clothing department we were to try on some new clothes. And as the young child I was, I run trough the racks with clothing on them, thinks of being in a giant maze. Until I bump into a trolley an fall backwards into an fur rack. Pilled under a bunch of furs, I can only hear the alarms go off form the security on the coats. But I felt save under all the furs.

Hard to pinpoint my origins, but I remember when I was younger (quite young) I lived in a colder country and we had sheepskin rugs next to our beds.
I used to lie down naked on it because I liked how soft and warm it was. Years later I always had an attraction to fur, but never knew where I could get some.
I remember buying some cheap faux fur from a craft shop and used to play around with that.
Once I got a bit older, I walked past a second hand store and glanced in. they had a ladies Australian Fox fur jacket on one of the racks going very cheap.
I worked up the courage to go in and buy it and it was soft, but deteriorating because of the age. A few years later I found MinkGlove.com and grabbed one of their Rex Rabbit gloves.
Absolute heaven!
Since then, I've worked up quite a large collection of gloves, coats, skins and toys!

Newfrewelian's avatar
They don't vibrate, they're a tube filled with soft fur to stroke your manhood with.
I have chinchilla, nutria, rex rabbit and blue fox.

There is no substitute for chinchilla though!
Don't get me wrong, I love fox. I have many coats, skins and blankets made of fox.
