ToT Chapter 3-2 - Dive into Noxs Mind

Nox wasn't aware anymore of what was happening outside of his mind, that shiny Mienfoo managed to get him out of the grip of Oxnard and that someone took over the control of his body to fight off both Bermuda and Oxnard to save the Yang and Sonya. Said power was fading away after the deed was done, and left the body of the grey furred Eevee beeing unconcious on the ground before they got found and picked up. They brought the Sylveon and the male shiny Eevee to the hospital and leaned them down onto the bed.

Nox opened his eyes when he felt cold, only to meet darkness surrounding his body. He tried to stand up, yet felt nothing at all from his body as he was onto his white colored paws... not even his own heartbeat. *Where... am I...?* wanted he to speak up, but no tone got out of his mouth, which caused him to move his paw onto his neck. The grey furred Eevee realise that his wornout blue scarf was gone, so was his voice as he thought "The scarf... it's gone!?" He was shocked when he was capable to hear his voice through that.

It was at this point were he realised that he was chocked after all, which caused him to give out a voiceless gasp before he thought out loudly "Where Team Pathfinders?!" His body started to move through the darkness, in search for them, calling out their names through that "Yang?! Sonya!?" But no response came from them, nor were any signs of them as Nox first thought that was some kind of bad prank "Come on girls, please don't make me worry for you!" Yet when there was still no response from them did he realised what was wrong.

"No... don't tell me... am I... dead?!" it did made sense somehow, because he wasn't able to talk anymore, nor was he able to feel anything of his body... just as he wanted to tear up was he suddently able to feel two familair feelings closing in. He whiped his black eyes dry, only to widen up as he suddently was able to see two bodys appearing right infront of him with smiles on their faces. One was a orange furred Jolteon with black eyes, who was sitting right next to a Vapaoreon with violet eyes and a white water-lily on the right side of it's ear.

"Hello my dear son..." was the soft voice of the Vaporeon speaking up to him. "Looks like we're reunited for this moment." was the Jolteon speaking up shortly after that "M-mother... F-father?!" was Nox speaking up as tears started to run down his cheeks, while they both responded in unison "Yes, it's us son, come here." Without waiting did the male shiny Eevee charged towards them to get into their family hug, only to cry out silently as they both sighted to see him cry before the Mother said "Hey... it's okay... we miss you too..."

It took a while for Nox to calm down from crying while the Vaporeon cried silently from that too. The Jolteon sighted again with teared up eyes "Honey... we don't have much time to explain him what's going on..." Nox looked confused and hiccuped a moment from his fathers words as his mother started to explain "My dear son... you're still alive." The grey furred Eevees eyes widened as she said that, which made his father explain "You're currently unconcious... thanks to your mother was I able to take control and defend you."

"Defe-" was Nox starting to ask before he realised "Father! What about my friend Yang and her partner Sonya?!" "Oh you mean the shiny Mienfoo and the Sylveon? Don't worry son, I saved them too." was his response with a soft smile as he can see how the grey furred Eevees shoulder limbed in relieve. The Vaporeon smiled softly too as she now explained "We've something to tell you son..." which caught Noxs attention as the Jolteon now speaked up "You're a very special child my son... a child of a witch-hunter, which is me."

"And a good witch, which is me my son..." was the Vaporeon responding as the eyes of Nox widened up from that. "I-I'm what?! A-and how am I... still alive?!" "You're a witching witch-hunter Dante." was his father speaking towards him with Noxs real name. Shortly after that did mother explained why he was still alive "I casted a protection spell on you should you get unconcious in a dangerous situation... it allowed your father to take control of your body and fight off the assassins." "So thanks to mother am I still alive..." with they both nodded.

"Marissa... our time is almost up..." was the Jolteon speaking to the Vaporeon which she responded with a nod to "I know Valerio..." Nox teared up again because of that "No.. please don't leave me again!" it was Valerio who started to cry silently he ruffled the head of his son with his right paw "Listen son... you have to meet my old friend Samuel once you wake up again." "B-but!" wanted Dante to respond to that as Marissa now spoked up "Please listen to your father Dante... Samuel will give you the items that you need to go the right way."

Dante nodded weakly when they told him that task, before he asked "W-where is Nariko? I.. lost her scarf too..." His parents looked sadly towards each other when he asked that "We... don't know" was his father saying, before his mother continued "Nariko might be... still alive... as for the scarf... it was ment to hide the power of a witch... yes, Nariko is a witch." The grey furred Eevee was in shock by now as he can see how the bodys of his parents started to fade away in glitter while Dante teared up again.

"Keep in mind that you're our pride of the Volpes family." was his father speaking before his mother said "We'll always be in your heart son." With that were they both gone by now as the glitter surrounded the body of Nox, who was crying loudly by now because he missed his parents a lot after all. "Mother... father..." was he speaking up weakly after he calmed down "I-I'll do my best... and I'll promise... that I'll find Nariko... and protect my friends..." with that new task in his life did he finally woke up again.

It was already afternoon of the next day as Nox finally awakened from his unconcious state, groaning weakly because his body felt completly strange after all. His sight was blurry, but  he could see a new bag next to him that had all his stuff that he weared before inside it. Nox wanted to stand up, but soon heared the words of the male Yawaru doctor speaking towards him "Welcome back young Eevee, I recon that you stay layed down, you got pretty lucky that you didn't got any vital damage that could have made you forever paralized."

"W-what time is it..." was the grey furred Eeeve asking the doctor as he responded with "It's the afternoon of the second day after you got brought into the hospital along with a Sylveon." *Sylve- oh right... Sonya... she's already gone huh?* with that though did the male shiny Eevee disregarded the words of the doctor as he slided off the bed, giving off a little whince from the strange feeling of his body as he grabbed the new bag to place it onto his back. "What are you doing?! You're not in the codition to work, stay in the bed!"

"I'm sorry... but I don't want to stay here and do nothing while the others do the missions without me!" and with that did Nox headed out of the hospital to walk to the meeting spot of the Long Distance Mission despite his conditions that didn't allowed him to fight properbly. The Yawaru doctor sighted rather annoyed by the fact that it was the second time a patient disgregarded his advice "First that Sylveon, and now that Eevee... these two Taberians sure are completly crazy... and I thought we Yawarus are tough nuts to crack."
