She looks a little bit more scared than psychotic. Perhaps a smile or grin on her face and eyes to the viewer would help set the mood.

Also, if she is to be underweight, her bosom would not be so robust.
You did very well with the pose and depicting that she's been injured. You also have great sense of line weight and variation.
