"So do I, and oh mon dieu Jackie! Its still good for Fox Park! the exposure will surly boost intrest especially with our collection~"
"Please don't call the horses that. I..admit Phillip has an eye for color..I'm just worried that he thinks about color too much rather than bloodlines, I get they're pretty but we need results to keep the farm going and hes just buy buy buy.."
"He's trying his best, When he was a boy there was't a stall empty in that old 50 horse barn. you have to remember."
"I do i do..its just..its not a 50 stall barn anymore Celine, we're lucky if we have 10 stalls and then 4 more are under construction with horses waiting and we can't leave them in the aisles.."
"Do you regret getting Val, Saffa, Alty, Sox, Two, Detail, Storm, Lucky-"
"NO! Of course not!" the blonde looked at the red head beside her, the young womans features were hard, "Of course not its just..the money is running out and..." Jackie leaned in and hushed her voice to a whisper, "And if we can't win this? then we may have to sell a couple horses.."
"Stephen doesn't know?"
"No, No we weren't planning to alert him unless..we have too."
"He loves these horses Jackie you know that if you sell without letting him have a heads up he will be heartbroken.."
"I know...I just..have to figure something out."
Celine smiled and laid her hand on the blondes shoulder, "Oh Jackie you'll figure out how to keep this ship floating I know it."
"Merci beaucoup.."
"Using the mother tounge! congrats"
"Aha only for a moment so I thank you properly, I was born in britan you know"
"Just a skip across the channel I know" Celine smiled, "You and Phillip both."
"You're not planning to drag Stephen back to France are you?"
"Hey you're mother decided to visit my mother at the end of her pregnancy its not my fault~"
"and Papa was on Aspera as she sailed across the finish line of her finale race."
"Unbeaten Gray on Chestnut filly, god she was goregeous..."
"mhm it was a damn shame she couldn't have foals.."
"Your Papa was so disippointed...He had planned only the best."
"Yup..star filly, gave Papa money, fame, wins but she couldn't give him an heir to her legacy and well people forgot her and Fox Park."
"BUT you and Phillip got it when Phillip turned 18 and you guys didn't even KNOW- How could you NOT?"
"Argh weeelll...Papa agreed to let the city use it as a Fox hunt area again  so..we just let them but..they were SUPPOSE to take care of the farm as well that didn't happen."
Celine looked over and sighed, "Rich people love to use it and abuse it"
"mhm..barn collapsed and only left about 7 stalls open, vines were growing all around the building, the sides, the roof. it was awful don't even get me started about the house."
Celine grinned, "And then?"
Jackie let out a sigh, a smile tugged at her lips, "And then. we came and reclaimed the land. rebuilt the fencing, fixed the house, and found Shady in the barn.."
"Y'athink someone who fox hunted left him?"
"Not sure. all i know is we had a GIANT racing stable, reputation forgotten..and then we had a thoroughbred at our fingertips to mold and create, we trained him by hand..and now?" Jackie looked back a Stephen, his head resting on his seatbelt it would surley leave a imprint on his neck, something he would complain about when he saw the TV cameras.
"Stephen is racing him in a massive racing series, this is a do or die mission and im so nervous I'm debating what color bridle to use.."
"You only have one bridle Jackie" Celine chuckled as Jackie nodded vigorusly
"Thats what I'm talking about! useless matters..These horses are the best of the Juveniles"
"on turf."
"yes, on turf.."
"And Shady..you think he measures up?"
"I'm not sure..to be honest I've never heard of the other horses in the race. I've been so focused on Fox Park I didn't even bother to look at our rivals in the race."
"I'm sure Phillip has and will give Stephen a run down."
"Speaking of Phillip, where is he? all I see are palm trees and tricked out cars.."
"mmm I think hes a little ways behind us, oh! there he is behind that red car!"
"Ugh it looks like something off of that racing game Stephen plays with his friends..Grand Auto Theft? seven? I dunno.."

"AWAKEN!" Celine screamed at the brunette in the back of her SUV
"Oh my God! Celine!!!"
"Morning Sunshine~ Get out and go run shady!"
"Phillip?"
"What our big brother and cousin are TRYING to say is, were here." Jackie shoved the other two out of her way with her shoulder and smiled at the young boy, "Were here Stephen, were at Del Mar this is it."
Stephen smiled lightly and manged to get out of the SUV, minus the fawning over him Celine and Phillip were trying to do.
"Shady is restless~"
"UGH. I'll go run him.."
"Ata boy!"

"Post time, feeling nervous?"
"Yes I think I made that pretty clear when I threw up on Phillip for the 3rd time.."
Jackie smiled broadly, "Its alright just think of it as one of those races before!"
"Yea yea..also I've been thinking about this and how no one will remember us. this race."
"Oh Stephen-"
"No like everybody came here for the Classic that's the biggest race and no one will remember the first race"
"Oh come on, some people will and besides this isn't about remembrance. Dad brought Aspera here once-"
"Too the Classic"
"Yea but you and Shady will get there with time. its great you get antiquated with the series before you race with the big dogs. you know?"
"Yea I guess..its call to post sis I'll see you later."
"I'll be watching from the owners box! good luck kiddo."
