Otakuthon and other upcoming plans

Otakuthon I'll be at Otakuthon this coming weekend. First time in Montreal so I'm rather excited! Have a few shoots lined up including a reshoot of Odin Sphere with PaXingCai (https://www.deviantart.com/paxingcai) since I was never that happy with the results a couple of years back. august-fehrmont (https://www.deviantart.com/august-fehrmont) and MissCarlette (https://www.deviantart.com/misscarlette) will be joining in as well. Otherwise I'm looking forward to meeting some more Canadian cosplayers :D AUSA and other stuff A few weeks after Otakuthon I'll be heading down to AUSA for Saturday to check it out. Anyone going? Aside from cons, I also have a couple of off-con and non-cosplay shoots planned. Stay tuned! Photo backlog: Still working on it.

Fanime and stuff

Recent stuff Hello all. Been rather busy lately because of work. More so than I was originally expecting when I started. Photo processing has slowed dramatically but they will be done! Have made some progress on Katsucon stuff recently, rest assured that more is coming. Fanime So Fanime is coming up. Looking forward to seeing some west coast friends again! Not planning anything big but if anyone wants to shoot or just hang out, let me know! Post-Katsucon report and PAX East

Katsucon Katsucon was quite some time ago but I figure I might as well post a little about it! Thursday was a rough start with some major travel delays (our cab broke down on the way to the hotel, can you believe that?), and various mishaps with the hotel room which eventually required me to move to another. The loss of space due to the other convention was pretty annoying but I just worked around it since there was nothing we could do about it. On the bright side, I think that did encourage people to explore the many other shooting locations in the hotel instead of just overusing the gazebo area. Things got better quickly though.
