Complicated background with 1/2 characters - doctor who

For the lion and the 4 characters with background, I'd say around 200USD and above. That's the lowest price for something I would consider decent. I mean, it can go as up as 1000 if you're looking for higher detail quality. Basically, the bigger the budget the longer I can work on it, but the starting price of lets say 200 is enough for proper composition and perspective/anathomy/color choice etc. Then the price goes higher for more and more rendering
