Twilight is better hands down, the vampires from Interview are gay. It's movie was also pitiful, and Tom Cruise can't act and is a stupid scientologist while Brad pitt looked like a girl. Seriously, it had no emotion of plot it's just stupid.

Kane, I completely agree with you. These idiots around DeviantArt know nothing about true film or art. Twilight was much better, by far. Edward is so dark and deep and the whole story is filled with dark and steaming plot and emotion. Anne Rice can't write at all... Twilight is now a classic!
I seriously agree, I know exactly where you're coming from. This inconsiderate idiots just don't understand. Twilight is full of emotion and power and excellence. Anything Anne Rice writes is just a rip off of Stephanie Meyer.

I like vampire novels. I have been reading them for years. I started Twilight because of that fact but stopped because it seemed so adolescent. I have been told the first book was the best so I am going to give it a try again this summer.
Interview with the Vampire, the novel, was better than the movie but while I like Anne Rice's stories, I dislike her way of telling them. Apparently both have their drawbacks. Twilight they speak of sparkling too much and Interview goes on and on about preternatural this and preternatural that.

Really? I actually preferred Interview with the Vampire as a film. As a book, it seemed like it dragged on endlessly. I actually do enjoy some of Anne Rice's books though. Memnoch the Devil was one I really enjoyed.

What amuses me most is that Rice's vampires, while often described in sexual tones, are themselves... not, you know... sexual? At all? So either the OP took just enough of a fleeting glance at the book to justify this thread to himself, or he's using "gay" in a non-sexual way, meaning his complaint in the Books forum is exclusively about a book's movie adaptation.

Princess has a long history of things like this. So she probably just means "crap". Or to translate: 'not sparkly fanfiction'.
There was a few dozen accounts like that made in her honour. Most were used to mimic and harass her to the point where she switched to this account. The lulz princess has brought us shall long be remembered. And yes, the avatar is taken from her old ID.
There is a bit of gayness in Interview, but not involving the main characters. Just those seedy French vampires.
I'm just fairly sure I could come up with a better bullshit complaint than that by reading nothing but the synopsis on the inside of the jacket of a book. This thread is a small step above "It's shit because I say so".
