What foods do you love that you can't buy in your country? How do you get them?
And a side note, I'm visiting monsterkookies this weekend! I'm in the US, she's in Canada. What are some things she can't get in Canada that I should bring her? She already asked for Fruity Pebbles.
Kinder eggs...I only get them when I visit Hong Kong :< Also, M&M crispy used to only be overseas but I guess they've recently brought them to the US (I don't understand why they changed the wrapper color from blue to light green...)
I got some weird stuff, like this funky little pony that might give me nightmares. But I got an adorable little polar bear! I brought some home and haven't opened them all yet.
Cocoa Pebbles and Trix cereal. The Dollarama by my house had Cocoa Pebbles for a short time, but man, 2 boxes is not enough! Should have bought them all up. And I can't get most Kit Kat flavour Japan gets. I mean, yeah, there's a decent candy store in China town that sells a few Kit Kat and mochi flavours, but I want a wide variety. Too bad the only site I can get that stuff is freakishly expensive to order from...
Does your friend like Vanilla Coke? Cause we don't have that here (or was it Vanilla Pepsi that was around a long time ago?....either way that needs to make a come back)
I can't get dark chocolate Toblerone. I have to go to Canada for that. I also can't get Mars bars except in Canada, but since those are pretty much identical to 3 Musketeers bars, no loss.
Oo! Oo! Bring your friend cherry Pepsi (or is it cherry Coke they don't have??) and regular Hershey bars. They get Hershey bars up there, but it's these thick bars you can't properly use for s'mores... bring her the normal kind and treat her to s'mores.

Like, 90% of the Japanese Kit-Kat flavors. The only one I've been able to find around here is the green tea flavored. Not that I'm complaining, because it's delicious, but still.
I miss the supersize meals I got when I went on holiday to LA!! We never get portions that big here in the UK. All this bs about obesity like who cares lol
Kinder eggs. In the U.S. We had these thing called WonderBall's (makes me laugh thinking about the name now) but they discontinued them. The U.S. is such a little bitch when it come to food regulations.
It said safety concerns with the toys inside being a choking hazard. The exact reason Kinder's are banned. Maybe if parents were responsible and didn't buy them for underage little shits, they'd still be here. RIP WonderBalls.
I thought there was hard candy inside the wonder balls? at least that's what I can faintly remember. I could always be wrong. I was no older that 5 or 6 at the time I remember my Dad buying them for me.
awe darn. I honestly don't remember the toy and sticker! I just remember my favorite part was tearing open the chocolate ball and eating it like it was food from the Gods.
Strawberry Mikado (Pocky). Hell, any mikado/pocky is hard to find here and it's beautiful I think we get daim, milk and white chocolate and that's it, and it's usually in tinier boxes than usual.
Shrimp chips and rice chips x.x there's one store that sometimes has shrimp chips but I wish I didn't have to wait for months for them to have it and another store used to have rice chips but they don't anymore and there's no way for me to get it at the moment D:
