So it has to be the hardest thing the world for the appraisal to make sense? It's impressive not from a difficulty stand point, but from how successful everyone is at doing it, even if they tried their best. Yeah it will be even more impressive if they can fix what they ruined, but that's up to the reader's interpretation.

Even as far as ruining something.... Ruin a kid's toy =/= ruin some adult's plans. It's a whole other level of difficulty, which implies respect for putting in a harder, more detailed work of ruination.
