Tampon question

Is wearing a tampon to go to the beach a good idea ?

I feel like the string would come in contact with nasty water and might take bacteria from the beach to inside your vag ? Unless you cut the string but then it might be stuck.

And I know diva cups are a better option, but I don't have one yet.

It was a very long time ago for me, but I've used tampons to go to the beach or in a swimming pool and never had any problems arise from it. Just always use the lightest one needed at the time. I've never tried the cup so I can't speak on that.

I've completely stopped using tampons/pads and converted to cups, they are just a better option.

A tampon is fine,  though organic ones are best.

Investing in a cup is really the best thing.

sorry if i asked this, but...i'm kinda shy with the question, i have not inserted anything into my hole, is it hard to do?or should i seek help from those more experienced for the first time?

it does seem like a great option tho, only buy once and never care about it anymore

For the cup, I'd recommend YouTube tutorials, as it takes a bit to master, so 'double up' if you know what I mean.
The tampon is not too hard, some have applicants.. some don't.
Long as its fully 'up there' your good.
I'd still look to YouTube for more vids though.
