Never Surrender - Red Sonja

 Everyone's favorite red head! No, not me! Red Sonja! I really wanted to show off how brave and powerful Red Sonja is in the thick of it, and everyone knows the cold has got nothing on her. Must be those Hyrkania genes. Anyways, I really wanted to illustrate though colors and light that Sonja has just reached the top of a mountain where her victory lies and her battle begins. I almost did a scene of her in a forest but it just didn't have the same vibe for me as a snowy mountaintop did. I really loved painting Rodel's pencils. Very fluid and alive! Feedback and comments are always welcome!
