for a fancy costume contest on

I don't really sure about the concept... I like a RPG-like outfits and I just draw what's inside of my mind, so I came out with this design
firstly my concept is a quick character with a hoodie-thingy, but instead of hood, later I changed it into a hat

he is a twin blader, speed and flexibility is his strength

and the hat is inspired by TinierMe [link] *the top-middle one with yellow box besides 'event & animateds' words, the shooting star gachapon, download to see it clearer*

well I'm grateful for this contest, it encourages me to design an outfit for my OC XD and I'm having fun with it

I truly love this design. It looks really elegant, comfortable and smooth, but at the same time it's so full of surprising details! ^^

I also like the colour combination a lot, with those few touches of red and green against the white and darker colours. His hat has a really interesting design, so cute! (:
