Something I've learned from reading on serial killers - Russia is an Ideal place to be one; you won't be caught for 20 or so years
These ones stand out:
Anatoly Slivko - 1964-1985 - 7 killed (he was more a pedophile than an intentional killer, so apparently Russia's ideal for that too)
Andrei Chikatilo - 1978-1990 - 56 killed
Alexander Pichushkin - 1992-2006 - 62 killed
The Russian Police are idiots, enough said. Especially with Pichushkin - someone having survived and even knowing his name; they still didn't do shit!
