Greetings everybody, both watcher and friend, both random stumbler and meat puppet! I've just returned from Dragon*Con a few days ago, and other than the car trouble which plagued us the whole week, I had a fantastic time. Good people absconded with all of my business cards! Good heavens! I returned home from Renfaire practice to find my DA inbox brimming with glowing praise from all sorts of lovely folks, which does a self good after a long day pretending to be Elizabethan Eurotrash. It's nice to see the months of work I put into von Grelle are being appreciated, which I can hope everyone can feel someday upon one of their creations. What a shindig!

I returned home from World Steam Expo yesterday evening and have been too shagged out too write a proper recollection of the whole thing. But all you need to know is that I had a brilliant time, met a lot of wonderful people, and it hopefully will signal a new, exciting amount of output with my art and costuming. However, before I can work on some new steampunk outfits (including some Native American steampunk, design forthcoming!) I need to get cracking on my new Renfest gown.
