First of the few Halloween Hallows that I plan on making!
This lil guy is all about the "Black Cat" theme.

They are a Negative Hallow and have only one pair of Ribbons (they are tied around and pin in place by the bell).
Their face is also cracked in a way that looks like a mouth. This does not mean that they use it to eat or anything, it is all for show.
so aka, it's worthless, just a fancy trait.

This design is also the first appearance of a "Puff" Hallow.
Puffs are basically the mini toy breed/subspecies of Hallows.

They are, obviously, much smaller and are usually much fluffier than normal, standard, Hallows.

As I had mentioned above, I do have plans on making a few more Halloween Hallows, only one more will be painted though.. lol
Though, this will be the only Puff Hallow created for this event/holiday.
I am not entirely sure when I will be making more that won't be a personal character.
