Opinion: Now, this is not a terrible episode in any way. It is not like "Brawl in the Family" or "No Such Luck", but there is one major problem with it that I realized after a couple of re-watches. That problem is the ending. The climax is by itself not a problem, but how the episode finished was a bit of a downer. You see, it ends with Lincoln taking the blame for having this very girly comic clog the toilet, because Lucy apparently couldn't handle the insults given by the sisters as well as Lincoln could. This, in my opinion, really makes me think her character is weak willed. I know she is a goth character, but this trait of hers where she can't take a few insults kind of makes her a bad character. In an ending like this, Lucy would confess after Lincoln confessed, and admit to everything, then realize that she could handle what the sisters had thrown at her. That's not what happened, and it's the main reason that she's one of my least favorite characters on the show. I know its one moment, but it's a moment that exposes her personality, and not for the better. Yeah, Lucy giving Lincoln the made up comic was a nice gesture, but it doesn't really improve her character in my eyes.

Now that I think about it, it also has a bad implication of the sisters apparently taunting people they disagree with within their family non-stop enough to make them miserable. I know that's not what they're saying, but that is what Lucy's reaction to the possibility of the sisters finding out her secret looks and sounds like, and it's...not very good.

Everything about the episode is good though. I love detective episodes like I've said before, and there are some funny moments throughout the episode. I also didn't expect Lucy to be the culprit, although it did seem a but contrived the way she said a line from the book.

Lowlight: Lucy's character derailment, unfortunate implication

Highlight: Most of the story

I feel like I should apologize to MikeTheHuman113 for this, because I know how much he loves Lucy. He probably won't mind this, but I still feel like I should.

To me the show doesn't know what Thick Skin means it doesnt mean you lay down and take insults it means you can handle criticism but if someone crosses the line you can tell them to piss off . Ex telling someone they have bad hand writing in a mean way but you need good penmanship as told by the Mean Cake from Chowder. But if they insulted like someone calling you " Fatty" you can fight back as smacking someone upside the head doesnt make you thinskin cry baby but instead you are putting your teasers in there places ex Pumbaa attacking the hyenas for calling him a pig , Patrick punching Spongebob for calling him.Tubby, Sandy attacking both for saying Texas is dumb( Even if both were just an act ) , Vegeta backhandeding a random guy calling him old and ugly and Lanolin Sheep smacking Roy Rooster for annoying her. You know what makes the episode WORSE is the fact that in Taughting Hour half the sisters were made fun of but it was to a lesser degree then what they do to Lincoln and they cant handle it , bullshit The sisters cant take what they dish out . For Pete's sake even HEATHER could do it as seen in TDA 15 https://youtu.be/eg6n_kO3FU4 19 mins . Speaking of which what does it say on the older sisters when the Total Drama characters as toddlers are shown more maturity then them to not make fun of someone. As Lil Gwen braught her poodle toy and when she admitted its hers no one cared they were indifferent , so Lori a 17 year old wanted to make fun of her brother for the rest of his life while Lil Duncan who is a troublemaker much like his Teen counterpart didnt care one bit to make fun of Gwen not even a snicker, so a bunch of people younger than 90% of the sisters have more maturity then them to not mock someone same with the Bean Scouts in regards to Edward's Veronica doll. https://youtu.be/79329RTq0mY The show needs to explan why the sisters DESPISEsuperheroess so much the Casgrandas don't mind them and the sisters shown no problem withothers's hobbies as why don't the sisters make fun of Lynn Sir cowbell as at leaste Superheroess can be coo and edging while cowbells are not and yet they never mock him. If Lynn sir had a temper or was a hardass like Benson or Red Forman Respectively then it would make sense but Lynn sir is not like that and it's common for kids to make fun offtheire dads as seen with Bart to Homer and Louis to Bob. Also if it was teasing it would have been extremely playful and the sisters wouldn't mean any off ther insults and would have stopped to give Lincoln a compliment " Just kidding Broyour superhero outfit looks. Nice " seriously a good example off harmles teasing was in My little pony in the episode Discord pretended to be sick Candance calls Twilight " Your highness " as a playful tease. https://youtu.be/ijIfG1ZHUAc 4 mins You know what would have been great is if The sisters apologize to Lincoln and admit superheroes are cool and willing to join him.in the next convention as a way to make it up to him as the show needs to do their take on the Last Linc.Luan: "No, Lincoln. We're the ones who should be sorry." Lynn: "We heard you talking to mom and dad. We had no idea about those things before." Lana: "And you reminded us what we agreed to do. To accept each others habits, which we didn't do." Lola: "And we feel ashamed about it." Luan: "And that prank we pulled? I cringe thinking about it. I wish I never came up with it" Lori: "But we swear on our hearts. All that is gonna change. From now on, we'll all have each others back, no matter what. We won't make fun of each other over trivial things or embarrass each other. And I will never take embarrassing photos of you or anyone else again."
