* GEMI-22 is a British dual-body of an entity that appears from room 022 from the GB section.

* Being a fusion not as two other different entity species, GEMI-22 is able to split itself into two different bodies (the left one (single eye) being "gemios" and the right one (two eyes) being "gemnull"), and can fuse back into one body as either "conjoined twins" or completely one full body.

* Fused, the entity is slower but stronger than its separated counterparts with the ability for each body to synchronize voices with one another for an echoing effect surrounding survivors. Separated, the bodies can move freely up to a certain distance. When either body is provoked or weak to no power, they fuse back into one with the other to heal.

* GEMI-22 is a species of entities under the GB-22 species.
