Allura's Helmet

The helmet I made for a cosplay I made for San Japan - Allura from Voltron.
So... Basically. If you follow me, you know I use Sintra, otherwise know as Expanded PVC Foam Board. I molded the plastic around my mold, which happened to be a basketball. I used Superglue to adhere the pieces together; 4 pieces were used for the top, sides and back. Then I used Bondo to fill in the gaps and smooth out the helmet. There was a fair amount of sanding involved. Primer, Paint and Polish later... and now we have a lovely helmet!
