Blackcap by flysch Blackcap by flysch
I kept on following the trend set with my robin (flysch.deviantart.com/art/Robi… ), painting on a small board 20x20 cm with acrylics and glitter.
And yes, exactly as the last time, I sprinkled glitter all over the house and now it shines like sparkling vampire in the sun ;)

The subject is another little bird of the Piedmontese countryside, the blackcap: I had enough of males for a while after the blackbirds and the robin, hence here you have girl power (and gingercap)!

aawww thats gorgeous!! its really well painted you got the colours just right!!! I remember one time my dad heard a blackcap in our garden, so he went on the bbc website and played out a blackcaps song. We only expected it to sing back, but the male hopped straight out the bush and hopped angerly around the whole garden trying to find this other supposid male...god we're creul XDDDDD
