As I type this, I sit here awaiting two good friends of mine to make their nightly "appearance". It's funny, there are very few people that I would wait two hours for, much less at 1am. It really got me thinking about my friendships. I guess now is as good a time as any to comment on them. In my life I have been blessed with literally hundreds of people I call "friends". Of course, there a select, a very select few whom I call "best" friends. Thinking back on it all, there have only been 4-5 people I have called best friends in my life. Well, I'm just sitting here... I have this feeling of being content with me right now which is really comforting, but I'm kind of bored because there's nothing going on. My life has been a whirl lately, I don't know, just seems like things are happening so fast. Nothing big mind you, but just everyday things seem to be going at light speed. I'm also starting to get a few apprehensions about the change in my daily routine that's about to occur with my upcoming trip. All in all, though, things are going well.
