Madoka Kaname?

I find this picture surfing the net, and I like it so much that I decide to make a copy a give it some colors. But suddenly someone comment and tell me that this character actually exist T_T, is from an anime that I never heard about. So I did a recolor fanart for Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica...loooooooolllllll.
