Full Name: Irzaela Teika Eumanella.
Age: 35 (in the picture)
Teika is an All-Seeing Goddess. If you want the easy description, she’s the Observer. Her mother was also an Observer, but after she left her throne, Teika was pulled back to the deity world to replace her mother. Teika was struggling at first, she missed her home and family, she didn’t even have the chance to say goodbye to them.
Thirteen years passed and she finally gets the hang of it. Teika trained and practiced her way up to regain her powers and position as the Observer. She’s called to the court whenever there’s a meeting she must attend as an eye witness.

The design element of the character and the background definitely gives off the divine aura. The clouds in the sky are beautifully painted; love the gradation from warm pink to blue, it's really eye-catching! ^^ Love the way you painted her hair too (seriously, OMG 
) and the design of her dress and the serene sky accentuate her persona of the Observer.

In the description, you mentioned she's called to the court whenever there's a meeting she must attend as an eye witness, so I kind of imagined it to be like a real life court, or the Olympians' meeting, where the deities must attend with proper attire, or uniform. Her position and her job sounds really cool! >v<

The background is so eye-candy ! The clouds are well done and looks so soft !
The gradient of colors is beautiful too ! This goddess has a nice dress, I like the transparent flowy dress ! Her expression is also very pretty !
To make it clearer for the viewver, I would add a bit of light and shadow on the transparent par of her outfit. Don't hesitate to look up references ! Her pose look also a bit stiff. Maybe having her feet more apart from each other, and her left shoulder higher would help. The feet also looks very geometrical, almost squarish. Boots like that tend to be round on the toes. Again, references will help ! The hand anatomy looks also a bit off because of the lack of muscles on some part too.

As for the pose, yes it's really stiff. I was using a pose reference and originally it's for a model who is standing straight on the ground ;v;, but during the coloring I just want to add a sky background, so that's how it ended up this way haha...
And yep, as for the boots I do get inconsistent with them from time to time, but i'll try my best and improve again. Thank you so muchhh
