There are a lot of things about Moody Weather by *floppyneko that automatically make it a lovable piece: Bold style, simple character design, and a nice use of color too. Then you throw in a classic sight-gag like the duck-head umbrella and it just becomes that much more irresistible. This image does a wonderful job expressing how we all feel at times.

i really can't explain it too well, just seems like a basic Bad Day.
ive always liked the rain under the umbrella concept.
moderate quickie, felt the urge, went with it.
Side note: mutated Floppys legs a bit so it makes it less awkward to sit down. will probably mess with them a bit more in the future.
