Halo Ringworld V2

There was a copyright takedown on the previous version of this art on my RedBubble page despite neither the title, description or the art explicitly stating it was related to Halo in any way.
Ringworlds are a pretty common thing in the scifi genre so I sent in a counter-claim several times but Redbubble refuses to forward it to Microsoft, violating their own rules and terms stating that they would do that.
Seeing all the blatant direct art rips that people have been posting on that site for years without any of it getting taken down, I guess I'll just make it closer to something specifically Halo, and post this version instead.
