Welcome to the group!

As the name suggests, our aim is to flatten OSX UI design in every way that is possible.

(And that means NO utopian mockups -- just ultra-minimalist, working customizations.)

Come join in on the fun!:)

(Join requests are auto-accepted.;))

After joining:

Feel free to submit to the galleries anything and everything that is flat. Suggesting other people's work is highly encouraged.

Also, feel free to use the Journal as a regular discussion forum. Everyone should be able to post there.

Have fun! :)

Submission guidelines:

1) Do not include downloads of apps or mods created by other people without their explicit permission.

(Instead, add a link pointing to the developer's page.)

2) Credit people for their work.

(Is this really that much to ask?)

3) No mockups, fonts, wallpapers, iPhone/iPad/iPod/Cydia stuff, or anything else unrelated to OSX theming.

(There are plenty of groups for all that stuff.)

4) Mac-related icons are ok, but should be high-res, either .icns or .png format, and released in packs.

(The gallery becomes a mess when people submit large amounts of single icons.)

Im new to this, so bear with me...;)
Do I just enter these commands as is in Terminal,or do I need some sort of suffixe?
k-profiler Featured By Owner Nov 1, 2014
You mean the ones for changing fonts? Yeah they work by copy-pasting to Terminal. Before you do so, change "write" to "read" to check out the default value of each section you're about to change.:)

Thanks! its what I thought and did, but changing the system font to helvetica neue didn't change anything...I changed it already (on other partition) with Menu Bar Icons, but I wanted to understand Terminal commands a little better. Baby steps ;)

This group is awesome!  Just a question -- are any of these themes currently Retina-compatible?  And on a similar note, does anyone know how these themes look if you use the scaled resolutions for Retina as opposed to the regular Retina resolution?
