HNL Ramp Tower

Yes, this is basically a modified version of Terminal 2 or the Ramp Tower (hence the name). This is technically also where the higher up district personnel have their offices and conference rooms/centers, etc. It makes sense that Airport Admin and our Superintendent are featured here.

Base pic came from public image on Wikipedia (or borrow off the official site if needed). The text at the top means something, but you figure it out.
