about: as carousel boutique expanded its locations beyond where rarity could personally travel and control, rarity realized her little business needed some extra hooves on deck. she began hiring young, hip ponies whose intuition she trusted to manage each individual store. the only carousel boutique she currently runs by herself is in ponyville, and she spends most of her time coordinating and organizing events at the school of friendship and casually managing her boutique. her element of generosity is being passed on to gallus.
