I was looking for one of these, but it seems nobody makes them, so I made it myself!
I wanted to bring a TARDIS backpack for my Ten cosplay to PAX, so I can keep some things handy and nearby. Plus, The Doctor definitely needs a TARDIS with him, so hey! xD
Took just a few hours.
Unfortunately I ran out of white, so it is not even everywhere; but that's cool, since that police box looks kinda worn anyway due to its age. Works!

It's honestly super easy to make. Though, I am wondering if I should make a few more and sell them for a little money. Haha.

yea.I'm thinking too, like just buy a blue bag like that, and use fabric paint.... im think that would work too ^.^
I actually did it even easier: I used permanent sharpies. One in black and then a "deco pen" (which is permanent too) in white.
