Sailor Cosmos

Colored Chibi Commission sample. I'll be reopening commissions soon during the summer. I've always wanted to draw Sailor Cosmos, and now I remember why I don't draw the Sailor Scouts very often. Their bangs are really hard to stylize. Y_Y

Also, I'm adding my URL watermarks to all my pictures from now on. I've recently had issues with people posting my art on Tumblr and forums(usually without credit) and while it's nice that people appreciate my art (no one has CLAIMED my pieces as their own...as far as I've seen...), I would like to get the credit for it. So I'm including the URLs from now on. I'll try to make them as painless to look at as possible. ;u;
