Page 3:
Helena, in all her wisdom, obviously refused to accept Incognito's idea, believing that it'll be too complicated to make the whole thing function. However, after hearing that Incognito has everything ready, all she needs to do is take over...she said "Yes".

So, now, Helena is a new organisation leader (along with Integra, Major and Maxwell), and Incognito is a new organisation champion (along with Alucard, Anderson and Captain). XD
What have I done? I must've been high or drunk when I came up with this idea.

P.S. Yes, Incognito makes a refference to the world economic crisis.
