Okay, so the mystery is revealed. I guess it's pretty obvious now that I got this idea when I drew bloopers 28. Having all the non-manga characters run a restaurant got me thinking:"What if they formed their own organisation?"
Also, it was easy to see the (weak) connection between the characters: Helena is smart and serious (like Integra), Incognito is proud and powerful (like Alucard), Laura is a hot vampire blonde (like Seras), Fargason is old and experienced in battle (like Walter) and Paul is loyal and perverted (in a way, similar to Pip), and Kim is an extra character. For those who don't know who Paul Wilson is, he's the freak soldier that tormented Seras in her dreams. She fought and killed him in episode 12 of the anime. He acts like he's a bit retarted, but he's still perverted and pretty strong. The name "Oblivion" has nothing to do with the video games, it's because of the meaning of the word: oblivion is a state of being forgotten, which these characters pretty much were after the series ended. Also, they send their enemies into oblivion, so that can also be used a connection.

Incognito reveals his plan to Helena, who is more confused than impressed. In the next page, (I don't know when it'll be posted) we'll get to see Helena's reaction.
