O.O A DD!! oh my glob!! Thank you so much!!! *throws glitter in the air*

We created a Firefly Path version of the Fairy Queen Titania from "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
Garlands of peach and cream roses with guilded leaves pull back to reveal the rose & vine embellished underskirt. The larger roses gather at the bottom then become smaller towards the top. The standing collar is embellished with roses and gold embroidered lace. The resin wings have LEDs embedded within them.

Over the years I have received a lot of questions on how I make these type of wings. The PDF tutorial is available on my Etsy store (www.etsy.com/shop/FireflyPath) I hope you all like it!

This is beyond beautiful! I DO Have one teeny-tiny thing to ask: May I borrow the colour scheme, not necessarily the design of the dress, but the colour itself for a painting of Titania I'm doing?

It's for an art exhibition coming up and I have the design and everything ready for her, but I wasn't sure about the colours to use in case they clash with the background or even worse, fade into it. When I saw your gown, I had the biggest burst of inspiration! I promise with everything that I won't plagarize the wonderful design of the dress you have here. But is it still okay to borrow inspiration from the base colour? I say borrow because I know I won't get the shade right and might even make adjustments as well.

I don't know how to respond. All of your creations are exactly what I envision in my head from fairytales and daydreams past. I feel close to death. I could die after seeing these, in the best way possible.

Do you make the golden flowers for the boarder or do you buy them?

My sister did A Midsummer Night's Dream at her old college, and it was amazing! so seeing this dress makes me excited because i know the character of Titania and i can see the fairy queen in all her glory wearing that dress(my sister played one of her fairy attendants)

Do you do wedding dress commissions? If so, what sort of pricing would a gown of this caliber go for?

This is the most beautiful dress I've ever seen, so many lovely roses, so much lovely stitchwork, an underskirt worthy of a Queen indeed.....and that bodice (or is it a proper corset? I can't quite tell) is just fabulous, with those lovely flower embellishments and brocade fabric.  The headpiece is adorable, right down to the last pretty petal. The sleeves are a dream, all sparkling and shimmering like real fairy dust, and those wings are just amazing! They even have little working LED lights in them!
