Urgor character concept

Initial character design for Urgor Tapperbear, from the upcoming graphic novel Bovodar and the Bears written by Jack Mikkelson, based on the novel of the same name, which is currently available on Kindle for only 99 cents: www.amazon.com/Bovodar-Bears-J… and will soon be available for the first time in paperback!

Urgor is an old and jolly bear. His final design is a bit more lively, with bushy eyebrows, but I like how full his fur looks here.
