Decadence Joker design

It's the twenty-fifth of the month (and the second anniversary of the start of Batman: Decadence), but sorry no preview this time. Instead have a couple new cast designs!

Two years, and only four chapters have gone up so far. That's two a year, and it's something, but it's not good enough! Need to figure out more efficient work structuring...
