Bovodar and the Bears cover painting

For the cover illustration for the second edition of Bovodar and the Bears by Jack Mikkelson, I did an ink drawing and a gouache painting and put the former on top of the latter digitally. This is the painting, my first substantial work in gouache, and I'm very happy with it. I was very inspired by and tried to take influence from Ebineyland I may be nowhere near his level, but I hope to continue with this medium and approach it someday.
