It took way too long, this did. I will try not to take so long with future chapters. To that end, every month I don't put up a chapter, I have to put up a preview of the upcoming chapter on the Decadence tumblr (which is here: batman-decadence.tumblr.com/ ) Since I don't want to reveal so much, that will incite me to get it done quicker.
