Speedometers that read past 120 miles per hour are a serious invitation to try to find such maximum speeds. Perhaps on the rural roads of Nevada, which at one time were like autobahns, no speed limit. Better do it on a racetrack intended for such purpose where speeding is legal. Don't try it unless you have special tires designed to handle such velocity, and even then the rest of the model year 1962 car might disintegrate!
