Author=     Fiftyniner

;After over a month of work, I'm finally ready to release Desktop+++!

;I've redesigned the entire theme from the bottom up, remaking all assets
;myself and restyling them to my likings. All of the sidemeters are modular
;and can be arranged however you please, I've also added some convenience
;features such as the ability to configure the entire theme from a single file,
;from refresh rates to music players to the color of the entire skin!

;So I didn't get EVERYTHING I wanted to in to this update, but I figure it's been
;over a month since initial release and I STILL haven't released a patch for that
;stupid Celsius bug.. So here, have a few new features and a few dead bugs!

;The resolution pack is also taking a bit longer than expected, turns out it's
;going to take quite a fair bit of work. I'll have to remake a bunch of sidebars,
;and create a bunch of new assets and do a bunch of coding to get all of the
;equalizers working. Sorry for the delay! ^^'

New=     Added Jarquafelmu's Chrome icon to the icon resource folder.
Fixed=    Restored Equalizers with no circle cutouts.

Fixed=    Changed minimum OS supported setting from 7 to XP. Oops!

New1=    Recycle Bin Circle
New2=    Separated the middle equalizers in to their own files.
New3=    Refresh Rates for RSS and Weather can now be configured through UserConfig file.
New4=    Togglable Background Gradient feature.
New5=    Text Overlay meter, to help those unfamiliar to the skin.
New6=    Reorganized the UserSettings.ini to be much easier to read.

Fixed1=   Fixed incorrect Upload/Download speed.
Fixed2=   Fix Weather Sidemeter not changing C to F depending on setting in UserConfig.ini.
Fixed3=   Orgranized a buncha resources in the resources folder.

Soon1=    Support for lower resolutions
Soon2=    Hard Drive Sidemeter
Soon3=    Music Player Sidemeter
Soon4=    Redo text on shortcut sidemeters to be similar to circle shortcuts
Soon5=    Ability to disable hover shortcuts on the circle clock

Idea1=    Some sort of UI for spawning the different parts of the theme
Idea2=    Redo the shortcut system, right now it's a bit confusing and proprietary
Idea3=    Theming engine to allow custom overlays on the clock and sidebars
Idea4=    #userideafromcomments#

Question1=   The sidebars don't fit on my screen! They're too big or too small!
Answer1=     Unfortunately, the theme only supports 1920x1080 natively.

Question2=  X isn't working!
Answer2=    All widgets included should work without any tinkering. Any
                    problems are most likely caused by something like a plugin
                    no longer working. I know this is the case for the Spotify Player.

Question3= Where can I find an icon for X program?
Answer3=   Check the comments! Plenty of people have made all kinds of
                   icons for the theme.

Question4= I can't find an icon for X! How do I make one?
Answer4=   The icons included in the pack make great templates, as you
                   can copy common traits like resolution and opacity from them.
                   It will, however, require some basic image editing software knowledge.
