Very cool.

Is the color tone exact on the feet? As an example this pic shows the soles are much lighter in color than the darker cyan color on the rest of her body.  a3.typepad.com/6a0120a7e55e7c9…

Doesnt really show on the photo but yeah actually they are lighter, from your comment earlier :)
Handpalms are a bit lighter aswell. Could be a bit more even but it looks good.
With the problems the material gave the painter i'm happy how things turned out.

And now i'm going to try and add real glass eyes aswell!
Post a photo please. :)

Sweet. :)

I love how you've kept her authentic to the source material. The choice of lip, inner-ear and nipple color were blended very well with the blue of her body. I can see why you chose to redesign some of the joints for the next version, the seams in the shoulders and thighs can be rather distracting. Have you come up with a way to root hair into the head?

Thanks, the color actually looks even a little better in real live, the pink is too bright on these images.
The painter had a hard time paining her tho because of the rough surface and the plastic soaking up the paint, all the more reason to make a mold i guess.
Yeah the joints give a good range of motion but the gaps are too big and distracting. Having a real figure really helped to work that out.
For the hair i plan to dremel tiny holes and then glue her dreads (from puppet hair) into it.
Got some good links for materials from some people, thx again if youre reading ;)
