Okay. I watch weird things. I'm always willing to give some indie thing, or a documentary, or a foreign film a shot, and it mostly has to do with the fact that I HATE the blockbuster movie scene. If you like watching A-list celebrities dressed as super-heroes "acting" in a video game, I suppose that's fine, but you would seriously need to PAY me to sit through that crap. I'll take my chance on something I've never even heard of instead.
So I watched a video of a stage performance called "Pixel." Because the description on the box was interesting. Holy crap. I still don't really understand what I watched, and I'm going to watch the thing again, but what I can tell you is this: this Mourad Merzouki guy has totally changed what stage performance is going to look like for now and all time. Probably to the detriment of the world's attention span and aesthetic values, but for right now you can say the guy is a pioneer, and a genius, and a visio
