Somehow after half a year, he is still active in posting public and private images in his gallery while claiming ownership. I am not sure how he is still around after receiving more than 20 DMCA takedown reports.

He had send me death threats in one occassion.

He is blocked from my account and Sonic-Rainboom, yet somehow he manages to slip by to invite our members into his group.
He has taken images from websites, google, and artists, and spamming it in his gallery. If you call him out, he will hide your comment and block you. I made a journal regarding his actions, and these are his responses.

dA staff was unhelpful when reporting him. Only an advice of blocking.

He blocks anyone who complained or warned him of thefts. With the thousands of taken images, I believe he should be banned. I'll go with 50 cases of stolen works, ranging from public and private individuals. 1600+ in his gallery are either stolen, copied, or not cited with permission.

One user, member490, once tried to warn him on art theft. It has been archived.

The comment is hidden, the user is blocked, and the username is added to the art thief's list of enemies. Before it used to be called, "People that I hate." He changed the title to make himself look like the victim.

smlsmg4nascar2015 is an art thief. None in his gallery are made by him, littered only with screenshots of Nascar, planes, and stolen artwork from dA artists to youtube thumbnails with no descriptions.

I tried to remind him of his actions by showing him the original work.

He blocks me, and I'm not alone. Anyone who has tried to remind him, end up having their comments hidden and get blocked.
