Her trainer, a boy named Cody, had ditched her in the woods a few days ago, saying he would be back if he thought it was "worth it", but she hadn't seen any sign of the boy since his disappearance. Eevee had been with him ever since she was born, having hatched in his care, finding out later she had been bred by two of his strongest Pokemon: Jolteon and Vaporeon, both of whom never really acknowledged her as their offspring.
