Fifteen years since the Man-Eater devoured her people, and Shira the Cycanian had grown into a fearsome and powerful huntress; a proud predator of the Conifer Barrens, and beloved daughter of the Demityrannai. Deep within the forests of the great Conifer Barrens, where the woods teemed with all forms of life, from gigantic, two-legged carnivorous Dinosaurs, to dog-sized, forest-dwelling herbivores.
