Baby Comedian is the prankster of the Watchmen Babies gang. A bit like Baby Fozzie of the Muppet Babies, only more likely to shoot you in the face. Also, he smokes.

That is pure awesome. I especially like the Wal-Mart smiley on his shoulder.
