So how accurate is this about Star Wars Rebels? I'm curious.

Doubtful. I only glimpsed at it, and its just incredibly stretching out truth, or totally making up stuff, like Sabine's supposed death. In no canonical source is said that she died. In fact, only Hera's and Chopper's (astrodroid) fates after Star Wars Rebels are known, they appeared in Rogue One, if only in reference and Easter eggs form.

Sabine didn't die, he said that she should've died as she took two blaster bolts to her head and chest, which one shot would kill a normal stormtrooper, but she took two, and just shrugged it off.

Look on her page, its explicitely said there that she was killed by a bounty hunter for her grave robbings, which is compeltely made up thing. She ddidnt stole the armor, she made it together with her mother or family.

I know it's not a actual wikipediea page, but that isn't what I'm too concerned about, honestly. What I am more concerned about is whether or not what he says about them never getting injured, and despite the fact they stay on one planet, three Inquisitors, the Imperial forces, and Darth Vader, now Thrawn as well, can't find them. Is that part true?

Nope. They are long out of a single planet, with a Rebel Fleet or on secret Rebel base from where they operate. An episode from yesterday actually makes it that Imperial spy drone got to the secret base, but I have to watch it. They spend majority of the first season on Lothal, but there was only a little Imperial presence, only when Tarkin arrived did the first Star Destroyer show up. ANd that was in secodn half of the season, and they werent really looking for the Rebels, not so intensively as they do now.

And them not getting injured, thats a classic thing with all Star Wars. But yes, soemtiems they are hit and injured, just like Han, Leia, Luke, Anakin or anyone else did. Kana Jarus, the jedi Kngiht, actually lost his eyes in the last episode.

I'd have to watch it myself as I keep hearing that argument against the show, and see for myself how the show does. I do know that at least this shows that Rebels doesn't have half the views that TCW did... which is kinda sad considering TCW really wasn't that good, but whatever.

I admit that Clone Wars had more of the... warfare feel to it, but its because of the era, where Republic was a realtively safe place to live. Now everywhere you go lurks darkness, and admitedly, Rebels msotl operate in desert or arid planets, TCW operated on all environment types, icnludign ecumenopolis (Coruscant). Its different style, thats for certain. But given that its focused on just 6 characters isntead of like... 20-30 when you count Jedi Kngiths and Clone Troopers, who foguht across whole galaxy, Rebels must seem rather boring. I wonder how will Jedi Academy turn out, if they are really goign for it.

Actually, six characters are better than 20-30 as it gives the series more of a focus. TCW was boring due to how many characters there were, and sadly none of them, besides the main three of Anakin, Ahsoka, and Obi-wan, get any real development as characters. More characters do not equal better stories, instead they equal more stuff to focus on, and most of the time not enough time to focus on them. Rebels should, in theory, be better as they have a constant main cast to watch, and unlike TCW, they seem to have a constant story of some sort going on. Granted, I don't know the quality of the story, or how often they focus on it personally, but they seem to do better than TCW did with most of it just being random battles, and characters that were just meh due to a lack of focus.

Also, Jedi Academy? I'm a little biased in saying this, but if Disney Canon is doing this, especially Falonzi, then... I'm kinda worried for that show.
