**IMPORTANT**
I have been getting comments about whether or not using liquid nails is safe. I don't know. If you're not comfortable using it, don't use it. I used it and I'm ok, but I very rarely wear them. I would not suggest wearing them frequently. Furthermore, The liquid nails worked alright at first, but I found the teeth would fall off after a bit. I'm still trying to find a way to adhere the teeth to the retainer successfully. I have tried hot glue and super glue, neither of which worked. I will update if I find a more successful adhesive. well if you have a regular retainer its possible its just your teeth slightly shifting. I had braces about 6 years ago and I haent worn my retainer in years, so my teeth shift every now and then so my teeth hurt like a retainer after a few hours of wear or when I take them out. I'd say it's pretty normal.
