Clubbing Baby Seal

The inspiration here was dex comic, and in particular, this strip:

Initially, I started with a google search for seal images. The best pose I found was actually a plastic seal pond ornament. Then I converted that to lineart with an edge enhance, then traced over that in another layer. Then beziered the string, used some starbursts for the lights, added some text, and voila! A clubbing baby seal.
