Nicely done. Colors are really nice. Draws attention to the wildlife without looking improbable.
What did you use for the scenery? The river and rocks are quite impressive. And most models of rivers are hard to get to look this good close up like you have it.
I know what you mean - I'm busy cataloguing all my digital assets and I've discovered tons of environments and characters that I've never used. For this particular render I wanted bright sunlight (for a change - I generally go for the softer lighting at the ends of the day), and this was the first set I thought of. Then it was all about finding the right camera angle for the image I wanted...
If you don't own it, look into Cloudscape Creator on the DAZ site. I bought it when the bundle was on sale then never really tried it out... It comes with bare sky HDRIs which are great for simulating different times of day. There are also different cloud planes to use which are really nice at diffusing the light to make it feel more natural.
I went from never using it to using some portion of it with almost every outdoor render.
Thanks - looks like a great product. On principle I won't buy it at full price, but I've added it to my wishlist. I've got quite a few lighting options for DS, but there are few options for quality clouds and mist with body, and this product would seem to do the trick. However, most of my outdoor renders are done in Vue, which has outstanding atmospherics.
